Blessed is the Spot
Oyáŋke kiŋ na thípi kiŋ yawáštepi
na owáŋka kiŋ, na otȟúŋwahe kiŋ
na čhaŋté kiŋ, na ȟé kiŋ
na oónakižiŋ kiŋ, na iǧúǧa oȟlóka kiŋ na ósmaka kiŋ, na makȟóčhe kiŋ

na mniwáŋča kiŋ, na wíta kiŋ
na obláye waŋ ektá
Wakȟáŋ Tȟáŋka káǧapi k’uŋ hé,
na ektá tȟawóyawašte wóčhažeyalyapi.

Wakȟáŋ Tȟáŋka mitȟáwa kiŋ, slolčhíyiŋ na wakȟáŋčhila kta čha mayákaǧe k’uŋ hé blaátȟaŋiŋ. Miyé wíyowakihi šni na niyé níš waníš’aka, na miyé wamáȟpaničiŋ na niyé níš wínižiča čha hená blatȟáŋiŋ.
Wakȟáŋ Tȟáŋka waŋžíla k’uŋ hé niyé, wókȟokipȟe ičhúŋhaŋ wawóyakiye, oníč’ihi.

Nita Caje he woakisni mitawa, o mita Wakan Tanka, na ciksuye ki han he ookiye mitawa. Nikiyela ki han he awacin mitawa nahan tecihila ki han he mita kola. Wowaunsila Nitawa ki he le ounyan nahan ounyan iyokihe nupin ekta woakisni mitawa na wawokiye mitawa numwe. Tuwa Waoh’anpi Owas’in ki, Tuwa lyuha Waslolye ki, Tuwa lyuha.

*Thy name is my healing, O my God, and remembrance of Thee is my remedy. Nearness to Thee is my hope, and love for Thee is my companion. Thy mercy to me is my healing and my succour in both this world and the world to come. Thou, verily, art the All-Bountiful, the All-Knowing, the All-Wise.

O mita Wakan Tanka! O mita Wakan tanka! Nita woyaka wicacante ki wica lucangleska nahan wokonze tanka nitawa ki wicayecipazo. Woahope Nitawa ki waanaguptanyan ikuseya iyapi nahan woope Nitawa ki ounyan yankapikte. O Waken Tanka, waeconpi kin han owicayakiyinkte, na wa-s aqwicayaye ca ilagnyoupikte. O Wakan Tanka!
Awicalustanpiktesni, tka, Nita wooslolye oiyoyanpa ogna siowepi cankuwicayayinkte, naha Nita waunsila ogna cantepi ki wicaliokipi. Wawokiye naha Hancanyapi he Niye.

*O my God! O my God! Unite the hearts of Thy servants, and reveal to them Thy great purpose. May they follow Thy commandments and abide in Thy law. Help them, O God, in their endeavour, and grant them strength to serve Thee.  O God! Leave them not to themselves, but guide their steps by the light of Thy knowledge, and cheer their hearts by Thy love. Verily, Thou art their helper and their Lord.
